Yes. We are fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria and operate in compliance with all real estate regulations. All our properties are verified and legally secured.

Do you help clients living abroad (diaspora)?

Yes. We work with many Nigerians in the diaspora and offer full support including virtual inspections, document processing, and verified updates — so you can invest securely from anywhere in the world.

Do you build houses or just sell land?

We offer construction services, including:

  • House plans & architectural design

  • Full project supervision

  • Off-plan developments you can subscribe to

Do you offer flexible payment plans?

Yes! We provide convenient installment payment plans for land and housing projects, making real estate ownership easier and more accessible for everyone.

Can I resell my property later?

Yes, and we can assist with resale, documentation updates, and helping you get the best value on the market.

What Is Pre-approval?

Pre-approval is a process in which a bank or real estate company evaluates your financial background to determine if you’re eligible for a mortgage loan or a property payment plan, and how much you can afford to spend on a property.

Can I inspect the property before making payment?

Yes, we encourage and support physical and virtual inspections. Clients can schedule a free site visit or request a virtual tour if they are outside the country.

What documents will I receive after payment?

After full or agreed installment payments, you will receive:

  • A Receipt of Payment

  • Deed of Assignment

  • Survey Plan

  • Allocation Letter
    We also assist with obtaining C of O or Governor’s Consent where applicable.

Do you offer building and construction services?

Yes. In addition to property sales, we provide property development and construction services — including architectural designs, project supervision, and full turnkey delivery.
